Concept for the creation/revision of standard service specifications

We develop the concept

Based on the results of a preliminary study of the service specifications, a conceptual design builds on the results of a preliminary study and takes them to a higher level of detail.

Specifically, the usability of the existing service specifications is examined more closely in the concept. This is examined and discussed both in terms of the structure of the BOS and in terms of content.

For each BOS, a case-by-case decision is made for/against continued use or replacement. This decision can be seen for each BOS in the respective points and in the summary.

We create concepts with the following objectives:

  • Achieving the best price in the subcontractor sector
  • Cost certainty
  • Transparency
  • Current/optimal service specifications
  • Correct performance values (working time values)
  • Efficient checking mechanisms
  • Tender preparation

The concept created serves as the basis for standard service specifications with basic items (system-specific) for the respective trade (e.g. piping/heat exchanger/ISO/EMR/industrial building construction/civil engineering, etc.).

Existing bills of quantities are compared with our standards depending on their effectiveness and replaced or optimized if necessary.
